Jujube native to the north, dormant period can withstand the low temperature of minus 30 degrees, production period can withstand the high temperature of 40 degrees. The sap begins to flow when the average temperature is 13 degrees in spring, and germinates, branches and spreads leaves when it is above 14 degrees.
