The nursery land sown with rootstock requires deep soil layer, fertile texture, good drainage and irrigation water source, and the soil quality is sandy loam. Apply 3000 to 4000 kg of barnyard manure, 20 kg of urea and 20 kg of compound fertilizer per mu as base fertilizer. When the soil water content is suitable, turn 25 to 30 cm deep to form a seedling bed. The width of the border is 1 meter, and the back of the border is 25 centimeters. There are three sowing ditches in the border with a depth of 2 to 3 centimeters. Seeds are sown at the bottom of the ditch, 10 to 12 cm apart, 3 to 4 seeds per point, covered with soil and covered with plastic film.
