Pre-harvest fruit drop of jujube is common, which is related to genetic characteristics, environmental factors and cultivation techniques of jujube varieties. The method of prevention and control: spraying 10 to 20 parts per million naphthalene acetic acid (or sodium naphthalene acetate) on the whole tree 4 to 5 weeks before fruit ripening can effectively prevent pre-harvest fruit drop. Naphthylacetic acid is insoluble in water and needs to be dissolved in alcohol. Naphthylacetic acid can not be mixed with alkaline pesticides, lime and potassium dihydrogen phosphate. When using it, we should combine the management level, tree potential, variety and other factors to determine the best use time and concentration.
