Summary of disease occurrence in January and October

According to the analysis of the forecast data of aquaculture diseases in our province, although the incidence of monitored aquaculture species in our province was alleviated in October, the incidence area, morbidity and mortality of white spot disease of shrimp, Tora disease, red leg disease and abalone seedlings increased significantly, while the incidence and mortality of white spot disease of juvenile soft-shelled turtle, hemorrhage of mud carp and ciliosis of mandarin fish increased slightly. The morbidity and mortality of yellow croaker, grouper and red fin snapper continued to decrease, while the hemorrhagic disease of grass carp, red skin disease and grass carp, perch, eel, tilapia, Gill rot, enteritis, cataract disease of American frog, outbreak of crucian carp, and eel ring disease and ciliosis all decreased, and the diseases of Macrobrachium rosenbergii and soft-shelled turtle were alleviated compared with last month. The mortality rate of unknown diseases in factory cultured adult abalone was slightly lower than that of last month, and no disease was reported in caisson culture of abalone. Last month's occurrence of mud carp sporidiosis and grouper tumor disease were not reported this month. The diseases newly reported this month are grouper cryptonucleosis and red fin snapper bream disease. The newly reported species are crocodiles, and skin rot perforation was reported this month.

Analysis and forecast of disease occurrence from November to December

The period from November to December is a period of saving gas and low water temperature, and the temperature difference between day and night is still large. it is predicted that the occurrence of aquatic animal diseases in marine and freshwater aquaculture will continue to be alleviated, which is the lowest incidence period of the year. The morbidity and mortality of enteritis, Gill rot, outbreak and red skin disease of grass carp, cataract of American frog, skin perforation of crocodile, canker and unknown etiology of sea bass, ring disease of mandarin and eel will continue to decrease, but the incidence of water mildew will increase, and the incidence of ciliosis will still be high. The canker disease of grouper, enteritis of yellow croaker and bacterial disease of factory cultured abalone may be reduced, while the incidence and mortality of white spot disease and Tola disease of shrimp are still high. Macrobrachium rosenbergii, soft-shelled turtle and American frog cultured in thermal insulation should pay attention to adjust the water quality and take good disease prevention measures.

III. Recommended preventive measures

The main results are as follows: 1. The prevention and control methods of fish bream disease are as follows: (1) the fish ponds are disinfected with quicklime 100 kg / mu to kill the adults, larvae and eggs. (2) the larvae and some adults can be killed by soaking the fish fry with 100, 000 to 1/50000 potassium permanganate solution for 0. 5-1 hour before releasing the pond. (3) sprinkle with 90% crystal trichlorfon in the whole pond, 0.5g of each side of water, once a week, 3-4 times in a row, to kill larvae (mandarin fish, California perch, freshwater white Pomfret and other sensitive fish to trichlorfon) (4) 4-5 tube stalks and leaves were bundled with 10 bales per mu, which had a certain control effect.

2. Prevention and control methods of water mildew: (1) thoroughly clear the pond with chlorine preparation before stocking; (2) in the process of fishing, transportation and stocking, do not injure the fish, and the stocking density should be appropriate. (3) it has a certain curative effect to use 2.5kg Gladiolus juice and 0.5kg salt per mu of water surface, add 2-20kg human urine, sprinkle it in the whole pool, or sprinkle it with 4/10000 solution of salt and baking soda mixture.
