The lactation period of female rabbits is 40 to 45 days from birth to weaning. The milk yield of female rabbits is closely related to the quality and quantity of feed, and the weight increase of young rabbits is related to the milk yield of female rabbits. During lactation, the amount of feed should be gradually increased, and the feed should be clean and fresh. In addition to green and succulent feed, concentrate feed and mineral feed with more protein should be added, such as bean cake, wheat bran, soybeans, soybean dregs, bone meal, fish meal, salt and so on. When the feed can not meet the nutritional needs of lactating rabbits, a large number of nutrients stored in the body will be used to reduce the weight of maternal immunity, damage the health of female rabbits and affect the milk yield of female rabbits.
