The diagnosis of coccidiosis: first, according to the incidence law of rabbits. Most of the rabbits were infected in the warm and rainy season, and the disease occurred at almost the same time every year, especially those with improper feeding management and poor sanitary conditions. There were more morbidity and death in young rabbits. Second, according to the clinical symptoms of diseased rabbits. The diseased rabbit's abdomen is dilated, diarrhea continues to urinate, anemia or jaundice (eye conjunctiva and oral mucosa are pale or yellow), gradually emaciated. The third is to examine the diseased rabbits. The characteristic changes were yellow nodules and necrotic foci on the surface of intestine and liver. Fourth, the contents of rabbit feces, intestinal mucosa and nodules were examined by microscope. If coccidial oocysts are found, coccidiosis can be diagnosed.
