Simmental cattle is a world-famous excellent breed of large dairy meat, produced in Switzerland, with mostly yellow and white flowers or light red and white flowers, usually white heads, white spots on the body, and white belly, lower limbs and tail brooms. The body is plump, the middle body is deep and long, and the muscles are strong. The head is broad, the angle is thick, the left and right is flat, the tip is twisted forward, the neck is long and full, the forequarters are well developed, the chest is wide and deep, the toenail is wide, and the body is cylindrical and muscular. The limbs are strong. Adult bulls weigh 900kg to 1300 kg and cows 580kg to 800kg.
