At present, the fattening methods of beef cattle are mainly grazing and supplementary feeding, intensive fattening in the later stage of shelf cattle, straight-line fattening of weaning cattle, veal production and dairy calf fattening and so on. Most of the beef cattle raised by farmers adopt the way of grazing and supplementary feeding, if there is a large area of forage grass in the cattle farm, grazing can also be used to fattening, which can reduce the cost and improve the economic benefit. Large-scale and intensive beef farms mainly purchase shelf cattle from rural and pastoral areas and concentrate on fattening in the fattening farm in the later stage. The weaning calves are fattened in a straight line with strong technical strength, abundant funds and rich concentrate feed resources. Good economic benefits can also be obtained by fattening eliminated dairy cattle and male calves.
