Characteristics of Jinnan cattle

Jinnan cattle are produced in Shanxi Province, and the quality of Wanrong, Linyi, Jiangxian and Jie County is the best.

Jinnan cattle are tall and strong with strong bones. The bull has a moderate head and a wide forehead and a wide mouth, commonly known as "lion's head". The cow has a beautiful head, deep and wide chest, straight waist and moderate length, narrow rump, solid limbs, large and round hooves and crimson hoof walls. The bull's horn is round, the horn root is thick, the cow's horn is flat and bent upward, and the character's wax yellow horn tip is jujube red. The coat color is mostly red, followed by yellow or brown, and the coat is full of luster. The basic features are: lion head, tiger mouth, rabbit eye, downwind angle, wooden bowl hoof, forelimb such as post, hindlimb such as curved bow.
