For use in areas threatened by anthrax, non-toxic anthrax spores are vaccinated once a year in spring and autumn. The cattle over 12 months old were subcutaneously injected with 1 ml, and the cattle under 12 months old were subcutaneously injected with 0.5 ml. The immunity was produced 14 days after injection, and the immune period was 12 months.
