Symptoms of bovine epidemic fever: sudden high fever, body temperature above 40 degrees, lasting for 3 days, so called "three-day fever", sick cattle weeping, salivating, dyspnea, swollen joints of limbs, unstable gait, difficulty in lifting hindlimbs, dry and dark stools at the beginning of the disease, mixed with undigested food and mucus, and later diarrhea mixed with mucus. The urine output decreases, the color is dark brown, turbid. The course of the disease is 2 to 3 days, sometimes up to a week.
