Characteristics of Liancheng White Duck

Liancheng White Duck is mainly produced in Liancheng County, Fujian Province. Liancheng White Duck has a narrow body, a small head, a slender neck, flexible movement, strong foraging power and neuroticism. Adult male ducks weigh 1.4 to 1.5 kg and female ducks weigh 1.3 to 1.4 kg. The first laying age is 120 to 130 days, the annual production of 220 to 280 eggs, egg weight of 58 grams, most of which are white-shell eggs.
