Most rotifers are small and are good bait for feeding fish fry. During the culture, the water temperature should be controlled at 18 ℃ ~ 24 ℃, and the method of water fertilization should be used to propagate phytoplankton and small protozoa as food for rotifers. The method of fertilization is as follows: the mixed fertilizer is mixed with 20 grams of ammonium nitrate and 5 grams of human feces and urine per cubic meter of water and put into the pool once. Wait for the algae to reproduce and then release the human provenance, which can be harvested after about 10 days of culture. In the process of cultivation, organic fertilizer is generally applied once every 4-5 days. Rotifers are widely distributed and can be found in pits and ponds, rivers, lakes and reservoirs, so the provenances of rotifers can still be separated from migratory water. That is, take a few milliliters of "migratory water" and put them in a human glass dish, first suck off the large fleas with a straw, then put them under a microscope, take advantage of the phototaxis of the rotifers, and then use fine straws to separate the rotifers one by one. First, it is cultured in a smaller container, and when there is a certain amount, it is put into the breeding pool for mass culture.
