There are about 30 species of spirulina. It is a larger individual species, in artificial culture conditions, every 667 meters. The water surface can produce more than 1,500 kilograms per year. Spirulina has high contents of protein, fat and vitamins, and contains essential amino acids for fish. Feeding the fish with its dry powder and artificial synthetic diet can accelerate the growth rate, improve the reproductive ability and make the fish body colorful.

(1) the culture solution was prepared with the ratio of phosphate fertilizer 0.1: quicklime 0.1: cow dung 1: pond mud 1000: well water. Put it in a glass round flume with an inner diameter of 30 cm and a depth of 20 cm, and then put the tank into a glass cabinet that can enter the natural light. Two 40-watt fluorescent tubes are installed on the sink, about 20 centimeters from the liquid level. When the temperature of the culture medium is close to the temperature of the algal seed liquid, the algal species are put in. Put 40ml of algae body fluid containing 300000 ~ 500000 algae per milliliter in each tank, so that the concentration in the tank should be about 3 million algae per liter. The water temperature of the culture tank is 24 ℃ ~ 28 ℃, which can be harvested after 5-7 days of culture. The yield is equivalent to that of surface water, and then add water equal to the amount of surface water. Generally speaking, the trough should be changed after each trough is harvested for 3 to 5 times, and a new culture medium should be prepared for re-culture.

To prepare the pond mud of the culture medium, it is better to use the black pond mud with a water content of 20% to 40%. It is also required to choose pond mud that cleans the pond thoroughly and has a clean water source. At the same time, attention should be paid to avoid pollution in the process of collection, water injection, inoculation and harvest, so as to prevent organisms that hinder the reproduction of algae. Once found, it should be cleared in time.

(2) when outdoor culture is cultivated in a pond, drain the pond water first, every 667 square meters. Clean the pond with about 75kg of quicklime. Then 750 kilograms of cow dung is removed evenly at the bottom of the pond, the pond mud is scattered evenly, and then injected with new water to a depth of about 0.5 meters. When the water temperature is stable above 20 ℃, the provenance can be released. After 7 days and 10 days, spirulina spray appeared. When a large number of water spray is formed, the spray is green and flocculent.

The analysis of the water quality of the algae pond is as follows: 0.15 grams of quicklime, 0.99 grams of cow dung and 0.1 grams of phosphate fertilizer per liter of water, which is basically consistent with the proportion of indoor culture medium, all within the suitable range of spirulina.

When the culture pond is put into the provenance, the water level should be shallow in order to increase the water temperature. It is usually 0.5 meters deep. After the spray is formed, water is injected to deepen the water level. And add fertilizer according to the amount of water added. When applying base fertilizer, it should be fully applied at once, and the amount of fertilizer should be calculated according to the water depth of 0.5 meters.

During the peak breeding period of spirulina, it dies quickly in the hot sun, the oxygen consumption of dead algae and its severe substances affect the water quality, and also cause the floating head of fish. At this time, the old algae should be removed in time, and new water should be injected to rescue. When a large number of zooplankton or other algae grow, they should be fished out in time so as not to affect the growth of spirulina.

If, due to limited conditions, it is not sure to cultivate in the pond, it can be cultivated in a shed covered with plastic film outside and in a small body of water. Because it is easier to use a plastic shed to adjust the temperature of the water.
