Stone splicing technology

1. According to the colors and specifications required by the design, the broken stones are selected, and those with cracks should be removed.

3. After cleaning up the base, spray water and wet it and brush the cement paste.

4, draw the horizontal line to lay the mortar leveling layer, use 1:3 dry hard cement mortar (hand kneaded into a ball and then disperse), after laying it, scrape it flat with a big bar and wipe it with a wipe.

5. According to the pattern and the gap of the trial, the method of laying broken stone is the same as the marble floor.

6. After laying 1-2 days and nights, fill the seam. According to the design requirements, if the cement mortar is poured, the thickness is level with the crushed stone, and the surface is flattened and glazed. If cement paste is needed, it is thicker than 2mm above the broken marble.
