First, caustic soda is mixed into a solution of 2% to 3%, which is used for the disinfection of breeding grounds and utensils. Once a week, the effect of killing virus is the best. Rinse the utensils with clean water after disinfection.

Second, lime is made of 15% 20% quicklime emulsion, which is now used. Lime emulsion can kill a variety of infectious bacteria, often used in enclosures, walls, sites of disinfection, every 7 to 15 days of disinfection.

Bleach is prepared into 3.5%-0.5% disinfectant, which is commonly used in enclosures, venues, utensils and drinking water. It is now disinfected once every 7 to 15 days.

4. Bromogeramine is prepared into 0.1% disinfectant, which is often used for disinfecting various utensils, instruments, skin and hands. It cannot be used with soap, but should be used now.

5. Formalin, that is, 40% formic acid solution, is used for disinfection of breeding grounds. It can also disinfect breeding eggs and incubators by 15 to 20 milliliters per cubic meter.

6. Potassium permanganate is mixed into 1 ∶ 8000 times solution, which can be used for disinfection of utensils, hands, green materials and drinking water. It can also be made into drinking water for chicks for 4-7 days.

Notes on the use of chemical disinfectants:

(1) the disinfectant must be mixed into a solution;

(2) the concentration and dosage of disinfectants must conform to the regulations;

(3) the prescribed time must be reached during disinfection.

(4) disinfectants must be in direct or full contact with pathogens;

(5) pay attention to the effect of temperature on disinfection and avoid disinfection at too high or low temperature.
