The silkworm house must be strictly disinfected before    sericulture. Disinfection methods can be smoked, spray bleach solution, formalin, brushing stone mortar and so on. After washing and exposure, the silkworm tools were moved back to the silkworm room, and the silkworm tools were sprayed with bleaching powder containing 1% available chlorine and kept moist for half an hour. Small silkworm utensils such as silkworm webs and chopsticks can be disinfected by boiling after washing.

1. Completely and thoroughly disinfect before sericulture. The disinfection was completed 3 ~ 5 days before sericulture, and the pollution was prevented.

First, silkworm room disinfection, required to do: clean dust, plug holes; rinse indoor and outdoor with clean water; silkworm house floor scraped clean; with 20% lime paste (40 kg of water can add 10 kg of fresh lime) whitening indoor, outer walls, indoor ceiling, floor.

Disinfect silkworm house utensils with 1% available chlorine bleaching powder, spray evenly to dripping water, open the door and dry after being sealed for half a day; two days before sericulture, seal the doors and windows, and then fumigate with sulfur cypress once.

Second, silkworm tools disinfection, required to do: one washing, two drying, three medicine bubbles or cooking, four to dry. When disinfecting, wash and dry thoroughly, and then soak in 1% available chlorine bleach powder for half an hour. Then, move into the painted silkworm house to dry in the shade and disinfect it with the silkworm house.

2. The key points in the silkworm period are often disinfected.

(1) insist on silkworm pedestal disinfection: during sericulture period, you must persist in disinfecting with fresh lime powder or 78% available chlorine 2%-3% bleaching powder, anti-stiff powder or disease prevention No. 1. Bleaching powder containing 2% available chlorine and anti-stiff powder were used in the period of young silkworm. If the available chlorine content of bleach is 24%, then add fresh lime powder multiple = (24-12) / 2x 11 (times), that is, 1 part of bleach and 11 parts of fresh lime powder.

Stir well, after the mulberry leaves are eaten up, sprinkle the mulberry on the silkworm seat before giving the mulberry, like a thin frost layer. The deep white powder containing 3% available chlorine is used in the period of big silkworm, and the calculation method is the same as above. If the condition is poor, silkworm farmers can not determine the available chlorine content of bleaching powder, the small silkworm period can use 1 part of bleaching powder plus fresh lime powder 10 parts, the big silkworm period can use 1 part of bleaching powder plus fresh lime powder 7 parts, after fully mixing well, remove to the silkworm body and silkworm seat disinfection for about 15 minutes to add net to mulberry.

During the mulberry eating period, before giving mulberry every morning, insist on disinfecting silkworm pedestal with fresh lime once. When stopping mulberry at each age, the dormant silkworm was disinfected with "Panax notoginseng" bran, that is, 3 parts of lime mixed with 7 parts of coke bran, mixed well and sprinkled in the silkworm seat, covering most of the mulberry leaves to see a small amount of mulberry leaves.

When silkworm disease is found, anti-stiff powder and other silkworm seat disinfectants should be withdrawn once a day in the morning and afternoon, and different drugs should be selected for disinfection of silkworm disease.

(2) fumigation and disinfection: fumigation and disinfection should be carried out before and during sericulture. The silkworms were disinfected with bleach powder and immediately fumigated with sulfur cypress cabinets for one day and night.

During the feeding period, when it was rainy or when the humidity was heavy, sulfur cypress branches were fumigated in the silkworm house every day or every other night for 15 minutes for 20 minutes, which could prevent the occurrence of stiff disease, but the young silkworm could not be smoked during the sleeping period.

(3) establish disease prevention and hygiene system: silkworm indoor and outdoor and surrounding environment, always disinfect and keep clean; change shoes or step ash into the room; wash hands to mulberry; unsterilized utensils can not be brought into sericulture and mulberry storage places; mulberry leaves cannot be stored in silkworm houses.

Sick and dead silkworms should be put into disinfection tanks and buried deeply in the soil; silkworm baskets, nets and cushion paper should be changed frequently to maintain cleanliness and hygiene; small silkworms and large silkworms should be reared in separate rooms; it is forbidden to pile silkworm sand, pesticides, chemical fertilizers, cotton, cottonseed, wheat straw and other articles inside and outside the silkworm house.

3. Disinfect the silkworms immediately. The post-disinfection steps of silkworms are as follows: one elimination, two fumigation, three washing, four drying and five harvesting. That is, first of all, spray disinfection with bleach water containing 1% available chlorine, and after fumigation and disinfection while it is wet, move the silkworm tools outdoors and rinse with running water or clean water, and dry them in the sun.
