The suitable storage temperature of black edamame bean is 8: 10 ℃. If the temperature is too low, it is easy to suffer frost injury, which is characterized by sunken rust on the pods, and some of them show waterlogged plaques and rot immediately.

The gas composition of controlled atmosphere storage is 2%-3% oxygen and less than 10% carbon dioxide. The common storage methods are as follows:

Blanch the washed edamame beans in 100℃ boiling water for about 2 minutes. Immediately after picking them up, put them in the cooling water to cool to the indoor temperature, drain the water and put them into a plastic bag to drain the air. Put the plastic bag into the quick-frozen storage of-25 ℃, after fully frozen, put it in the storage bag of-18 ℃, which can be stored for a long time, usually limited to half a year to one year.

Put the beans into a 0.01mm polyethylene plastic bag, each bag 5kg, seal the membrane mouth, add 0.51kg of hydrated lime in the bag, store in the cold storage, fumigate with 0.01ml / L sec-butylamine for antiseptic, storage temperature is 8: 10 ℃, open the bag once every 10: 14 days, this method can be stored for about 30 days.
