First, dry anti-mildew: most mold spores need about 75% relative humidity to germinate. When the relative humidity is 80% to 100%, the mold will grow rapidly. Therefore, in order to preserve feed in summer, we must be moisture-proof and moisture-proof, keep the feed warehouse in a dry environment, and control the relative humidity not higher than 70%. Of course, timely turning over feed raw materials in order to control the water content of feed raw materials is also an indispensable anti-mildew measure.

Second, low temperature mildew prevention: the purpose of mildew prevention can be achieved by controlling the storage temperature of feed in the range that mold is not suitable for growth. The natural low temperature method can be used, that is, reasonable ventilation at an appropriate time and cooling with cold air. The method of cryopreservation can also be used to insulate the feed after freezing, cryopreservation or cryopreservation. Low temperature mildew prevention should be combined with drying and mildew prevention measures in order to achieve better results.

Third, controlled atmosphere anti-mildew: mold growth needs oxygen, as long as the oxygen content in the air is more than 2%, mold can grow. Controlled atmosphere mildew prevention usually uses the method of anoxia or filling with carbon dioxide, nitrogen and other gases to control the oxygen concentration below 2%, or to control the carbon dioxide concentration above 40%.

Fourth, radiation anti-mildew: mold is sensitive to radiation. According to the experiment, after the feed was treated with γ-ray radiation, it was placed in an environment of 30 ℃ and 80% relative humidity, and there was no mold reproduction. In order to eliminate the mold in the feed, the method of radiation can be used to irradiate the feed.

Fifth, bag anti-mildew: the use of packaging bags to store feed, can effectively control moisture, oxygen, play a role in anti-mildew. The new anti-mildew packaging bag developed abroad can ensure that the newly packaged feed will not mildew for a long time. This kind of packing bag is composed of polyolefin resin, which contains 0.01% vanillin or ethyl vanillin, which can not only prevent feed from mildew. It also has an aromatic smell to enhance the palatability of the feed.

Sixth, medicament anti-mildew: mold is everywhere, therefore, no matter what kind of feed, as long as the water content is more than 13%, and the feed is stored for more than 2 weeks, anti-mildew agents should be added before storage. The available agents are propionic acid, sorbic acid, dew fine salt, antioxyquine, citric acid, chlorpromazine, sodium diacetate, dimethyl fumarate and so on. Propionic acid (sodium propionate) itself contains a certain amount of energy, which can promote animal appetite and increase feed utilization by 5%. The addition amount of propionic acid (sodium propionate) in formula feed is 0.1% 0.2%, and that in animal feed is 0.5% 1.5%. Sorbic acid is usually used in the range of pH 5 to 6, with an addition of 0.15%. The addition amount of Lubao fine salt in formula feed is 0.25%-0.4%, and that in animal feed is 0.35%-0.4%. The addition amount of antioxyquine in formula feed is 0.025%-0.05%. The addition of citric acid in formula feed is 0.5%. The addition amount of trimethoprim in each ton of formula feed is 300g to 700g. The addition amount of fenmejing in formula feed is 0.1%-0.2%. The addition amount of sodium diacetate in formula feed is 0.6%. Dimethyl fumarate has a wide range of application, adding 250 million 500 mg per kilogram of feed when the feed water content is less than 14%, and 500 million 800 mg per kilogram feed when the feed water content is more than 15%.
