Breeding chickens should be restricted to keep in good condition and prevent overweight, so as to reduce the incidence of dystocia and prolapse of anus. The light should be suitable and stable. It is necessary to strengthen the preparation of dietary formula according to the egg production level of the flock during the peak laying period, so as not to cause layer production reduction, feathering and anal prolapse.

Provide a quiet living environment for laying eggs. In order to reduce and eliminate various external stress factors, chickens with pecking habits should be raised alone or eliminated. Once the chicken with prolapse of anus is found, it should be isolated immediately. For the chicken with mild symptoms, the protruding part can be washed with 1% potassium permanganate solution, then smeared with purple lotion, sprinkled with anti-inflammatory powder or oxytetracycline powder, and kneaded and restored by hand.
