When sows give birth, there must be a midwife present, usually half an hour after the break, that is, the first piglet, usually one piglet every 5 to 20 minutes. The normal delivery process lasts 2 to 4 hours. About half an hour after full delivery, the placenta was excreted. There are also people who arrange placentas while giving birth. Immediately after giving birth, use your fingers to take out the mucus in the pig's mouth or nasal cavity to prevent blockage of the respiratory tract. Then dry the pig's mucus with a clean cotton cloth to reduce the evaporation and heat dissipation of water on the body surface to prevent the pig from catching cold. When individual piglets give birth, there is still a placenta package, so the placenta should be torn immediately to avoid asphyxiation and death of piglets.
