To sprinkle this thing into the potted soil, the leaves are green, the roots are not rotten, the mosquitoes drive away insects, and the orchids grow more healthily. Don't ignore it!

For black spot, it is mainly a disease caused by high temperature and humidity, and in July and August, continuous showers can easily cause black spot and other diseases and insect pests, so it is necessary to sprinkle some plant ash into the basin soil, appropriate amount, not too much, sprinkle once a month, can adjust the humidity of the basin soil, prevent rotten roots; can also prevent some diseases and insect pests, play the effect of repelling mosquitoes and insects.

When black spot is found in orchids, the diseased leaves and the leaves near them should be trimmed off in time, and they should be isolated from other plants, and then the leaves should be sprayed with diluted potassium permanganate 3-4 times, every 3 days.

Other conservation of orchids:

In July and August, the orchid should be placed in a well-ventilated place to ensure that the water can evaporate completely on the same day, reducing the probability of the disease; and be careful not to let it get caught in the rain, which can easily cause stagnant water and rotten roots in the basin. If it is drenched in the rain, it is necessary to do a good job of drainage in time, and sprinkle some plant ash on the surface to disinfect and sterilize in time.
