The inoculation block should be kept intact as far as possible, and the mycelium could germinate and survive. The speed of vaccination should be fast, and the amount of inoculation should be sufficient; the inoculation room should avoid people walking and talking as far as possible; the time of vaccination should be in the morning and evening. ⑥ bacteria: after inoculation, gently move the bacteria bag indoors, such as bacteria in the shed, disinfection before use, the ground is sprinkled with lime powder. Air is ventilated in the morning and evening when the temperature is high and at noon when it is low. Pour the bag once every 10 days, check the mycelium growth, change the position on top, middle and bottom, and handle it gently. If miscellaneous bacteria are found to be less than 5 cm, you can use 95% alcohol or 20% formaldehyde injection, hand massage to make the medicine infiltrate, seal with adhesive tape; serious pollution should be isolated and treated. With the growth of mycelium, it is necessary to keep an eye on the growth of mycelium and increase oxygen. Pay close attention to the germicidal temperature and adjust the stacking level as appropriate. ⑦ bag removal: the best time for bag removal is 10-15 days after full bag, generally from the time of inoculation, 60-65 days for early-maturing varieties and 80-90 days for middle-late-maturing varieties, and the hyphae are light yellow. ⑧ mushroom stimulation: move the bacterial stick after taking off the bag to the shed where the bracket is fastened, put it vertically on the ground, and set up a small arch shed on it, and cover it with plastic thin touch to protect moisture and pay attention to sunshade.
