Last Updated: 2024/10/07, The fruiting bodies of Lentinus edodes often appear "candle mushroom" (with stalk but no cover), "pineal mushroom" and "litchi mushroom" in the process of growth. These are abnormal variations of Lentinus edodes and belong to physiological diseases. The prevention and cure method has the following several points: 1, understand the bacteria, prevent the introduction mistake: planting.

Changing temperature to promote mushroom to control the ambient temperature in the shed at 15 ℃ ~ 28 ℃, uncover the plastic film at night, open the vents to increase ventilation and cool down, and maintain 85% relative humidity of the environment. Cooling and moisturizing according to the climatic characteristics of most areas of our province, after entering March, the external temperature began to rise rapidly, and the temperature rose to more than 20 ℃, so cooling measures should be taken. Increase the thickness of the mulch outside the greenhouse, such as adding a layer of grass on top of a layer of grass, or covering the grass with a layer of wheat straw or corn stalk, and pull a sunshade net 50 cm away if necessary. Keep the natural temperature in the greenhouse below 25 ℃. The water content of the bacteria bag substrate is 40%-60%, which can produce mushrooms and grow normally. If the water content of the substrate is less than 40%, the mushroom buds are difficult to form and need to be rehydrated in time. There are three kinds of water replenishment methods: 1. Water injector replenishment method. The water injector is controlled by hollow metal, the pipe is 25 cm long, the sharp cone is hollow, and there are more than 20 small water outlet holes drilled. When injecting water, first at one end of the bacterial bag, punch a water injection hole with the same specification of steel bar, remove the spray head of the agricultural sprayer, replace the needle of the injector, insert the injector into the injection hole of the bacterial bag, and inject the water into the bacterial bag with the help of the pressure of the sprayer. 2. Soak and replenish water. Using the existing clean ditch pool around the specially set immersion pool or mushroom shed, the bottom of the ditch is covered with plastic film. According to the water loss of the bacterial bag, the No. 8 iron wire is used to drill several 15 cm deep holes at both ends of the bacterial bag, and the ones with more water loss are arranged at the bottom, and those with less water loss are arranged at the upper layer. Then pour the clear water into the pool, and it is appropriate to submerge the bacteria bag. It is pressed with heavy objects such as wood and stone to prevent the bacteria from drifting on the bag. The soaking time is 2.5 to 3 hours, and the longest soaking time is not more than 15 hours. 3. Spray water replenishment method. Slap the bacteria bag that needs to be replenished with plum blossom nailboard, and spray water directly to the bag meter with hand-pressure farmland sprayer or electric sprayer. Spray small water carefully and frequently in the first 1-2 days, 3-4 times a day. After the bacterial bag epidermis membrane is wet and the matrix absorbs a certain amount of water, the amount of water can be increased, coarse spraying, spraying frequently, and spraying water into the air and ground to accelerate water absorption, generally spraying water for 3-4 days. After two crops of mushrooms were naturally produced in the bag covered with soil, the emergence of mushrooms in the bag will be affected due to the increase of temperature in the greenhouse and the decrease of moisture in the bag. The fungus bag can be covered with soil in the greenhouse to produce mushrooms. Due to the gradual rise in temperature during this period and the rapid growth of Lentinus edodes, it is necessary to observe the growth of Lentinus edodes every day, harvest in time before the cover of Lentinus edodes is broken (six minutes of maturity), and harvest twice a day if necessary. Arrange it immediately after harvest, pack it for shipment or refrigerate it in time.
