The annual cultivation technology of facilities has not been completely solved, so we can only use high altitude areas for out-of-season cultivation.

The main cultivated varieties of Flammulina velutipes in China are divided into yellow Flammulina velutipes and white Flammulina velutipes, among which white Flammulina velutipes has been widely cultivated in factory, but Flammulina velutipes is mainly cultivated in agriculture. the annual cultivation technology of facilities has not been completely solved, so we can only use high altitude areas for out-of-season cultivation, in order to solve the technical problems of annual cultivation of yellow Flammulina velutipes. We have carried out variety selection, cultivation technology experiment and demonstration, and integrated the annual cultivation technology system of yellow Flammulina velutipes facilities, which can be cultivated under the condition of artificial temperature control facilities and frozen storage of fruits and vegetables, meat and so on. Four varieties of Flammulina velutipes suitable for facility cultivation were selected, namely, Chuanjin 3, Chuanjin 4, Chuanjin 6 and F2153, the first tidal yield accounted for more than 70% of the total yield. The annual cultivation technology of Flammulina velutipes facilities was integrated in the experiment. including medium formula, bacterial bag culture, induced mushroom emergence and fruiting body growth environment control and so on. With the utilization of the waste bacteria bag, the waste bacteria bag after the production of Flammulina velutipes was used as the sterilization fuel of Flammulina velutipes culture base in order to reduce the production cost. This achievement has been applied in Sichuan Province and Chongqing Municipality. The annual cultivation of yellow Flammulina velutipes facilities has been carried out by using artificial freezers, fruits, vegetables and meat freezers, with an annual production capacity of more than 2000 bags, an output value of more than 100 million yuan and a profit of more than 4800 yuan. The price of Flammulina velutipes products is more than 40% higher than that of Flammulina velutipes cultivated at high altitude and out of season.
