Common problems in Auricularia auricula production
After sterilization, water came into the bag and "water buns" appeared. The main reasons for the water inflow into the material bag are as follows: first, there is too much water in the sterilization pot, and the water boils after it is boiled, which makes the bottom material bag into the water. Second, during sterilization, the firepower is unstable, sometimes high and sometimes low, and the low temperature sterilization time is long, resulting in steam entering the bag material, cooling into water and storing in the bag. Third, the structure of the sterilization stove is unreasonable, or the fuel quality is poor, from burning to heating up to 100C, the time required is too long, if some need 10 hours. After the generated steam enters the material bag, due to the low temperature, the steam cools to form water, resulting in too much water in the material bag. Even if the material bag with water is connected with bacteria, the mycelium grows slowly and it is difficult to fill the bag.

Harm and control measures of skin rot of poplar
Poplar skin rot is a common and frequently-occurring disease, which does great harm to poplar, willow, elm and other tree species. The disease is a latent infectious disease. When drought, waterlogging, sunburn, frost injury and other bad conditions occur, and it is not easy to restore the vitality of trees after seedling transplantation or intensity pruning, the disease occurs quickly and affects the growth of trees.

Seedling and transplanting of Auricularia auricula
Make a good seedbed, sow dry seeds, and emerge in 3 to 5 days at an appropriate temperature of about 28 degrees Celsius. If the ground temperature is too low, it should be sown after sprouting. Proper low temperature was controlled at seedling stage and 4 to 5 true leaves were planted. The row spacing of young shoots is 20 to 25 cm, the plant spacing is 15 to 20 cm, and the row spacing of young leaves is 60 cm and 25 to 35 cm, each.
