Last Updated: 2024/11/05, The cultivation of mimosa needs to provide soil with high nutrient content, good air permeability and drainage capacity, moist soil conditions, sufficient light conditions and temperature conditions of 20-28 ℃. It is best to fertilize it once a month to give it the nutrients it needs to grow. Its main pest is slugs, which can be controlled by sprinkling some lime powder once found.

I. Culture conditions

1. Soil: mimosa likes to grow in soils with high nutrient content, good air permeability and good drainage capacity. It can be made by mixing rotten leaf soil and garden soil when raising at home.

2. Moisture: it likes moist soil conditions, usually needs to keep the basin soil moist, and needs to be watered in time in summer, so that the soil can not be dried out. Watering should be reduced in winter to prevent it from freezing.

3, light: it likes more sufficient light conditions, when breeding, it is best to put it on the balcony, let it fully illuminate the sun.

4. Fertilization: its growth needs the support of nutrients, so it needs to apply some fertilizer to it every month when breeding. However, be careful not to apply too much fertilizer, or it may burn the roots with too much fertilizer.

5. Temperature: its optimum growth temperature is 20-28 ℃. In winter, you need to move it indoors and adjust the temperature to more than 10 ℃, otherwise it may be frozen.

II. Control of diseases and insect pests

There are few diseases and insect pests, but slugs are still possible. Once found, you can sprinkle some lime powder to control it.
