Last Updated: 2024/11/05, Linden cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum and then soil mulching can keep moisture, increase yield and increase benefit. In addition to its operation and ordinary cultivation, but also to master the following technical points: first, site selection and treatment to choose near water sources, convenient transportation, sandy soil, flat, leeward pollution-free place. Determine the corresponding one according to the amount of cultivation.

Ganoderma lucidum and Ganoderma lucidum bioactive substances have become a research hotspot in the field of new green feed additives because of their unique physical and chemical properties and magical biological functions. However, the artificial cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum has a long growth cycle (more than 2 ~ 3 months), which is greatly affected by the environment, low yield, unstable quality and high production cost, which greatly affects the development of Ganoderma lucidum and its bioactive substances in the feed industry. Therefore, in recent years, people turn to the study of liquid submerged fermentation culture of Ganoderma lucidum to obtain Ganoderma lucidum mycelium and its active growth metabolites (Ganoderma lucidum acid, Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides, etc.), and through the control of fermentation conditions, shorten the production cycle and reduce the production cost. it is possible to apply and popularize Ganoderma lucidum and its bioactive feed additives in animal husbandry. The culture conditions and control of technological parameters of liquid submerged fermentation of Ganoderma lucidum were reviewed in this paper. The basic process of liquid submerged fermentation culture of Ganoderma lucidum fungi is to produce → spores to prepare → seeds to prepare → fermentation → fermentation products (extraction and purification) → products. In the process of liquid submerged fermentation, there are three main factors that affect the production cycle, production level and production cost: production strain, medium composition and fermentation process parameters.
