How can ganoderma lucidum be cultivated for high yield? please elaborate on Ganoderma lucidum also known as ganoderma lucidum grass, fairy grass. It is a valuable large-scale medicinal fungi, its fruiting bodies and spores for medicinal purposes, with nourishing fitness, longevity effect, in clinical can treat neurasthenia, chronic bronchitis, stomach disease, liver disease, hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease and other diseases. Combined with the treatment of tumor, can reduce the side effects caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Regular use of Ganoderma lucidum spore powder can significantly improve human disease resistance, enhance immunity and reduce the probability of disease. Therefore, planting, research and development of Ganoderma lucidum products is a very meaningful work that is beneficial to society and improves people's health. Now will artificial high yield culture ganoderma lucidum technology is introduced as follows, with a view to common prosperity. 1. Construction of Ganoderma lucidum shed: The planting mode adopts three ways: indoor shelf structure, mushroom shed transformation of Ganoderma lucidum shed and construction of Ganoderma lucidum shed. The establishment of reasonable Ganoderma lucidum shed is an important factor to obtain high yield of Ganoderma lucidum. According to the biological characteristics of Ganoderma lucidum, choose Ganoderma lucidum greenhouse with heat preservation, moisture retention, good ventilation, proper light, smooth drainage and convenient management operation. The floor of Ganoderma lucidum shed is required to be clean and the walls are smooth and moisture resistant. The size of Ganoderma lucidum shed should be determined according to the amount of culture material. The most suitable position for Ganoderma lucidum shed is the shade behind the front house of the village and close to the water source. Before the culture material enters the shed, it should be strictly disinfected. Each cubic meter of space should be fumigated with formaldehyde 5ml and potassium permanganate 10g for 24 hours. Shed planting can be built in all parts of the country regardless of cities and villages. Natural temperature cultivation is used in North China and Huanghuai areas. Spring planting is best from April to May, and summer planting is best from September to October. Second, the choice of cultivation material formula: Ganoderma lucidum needs various nutrients in the process of growth and development, and the waste of agricultural and sideline products around the country is very rich, can be adapted to local conditions, choose the formula suitable for the region. 1. Cottonseed hull 77%, bran 10%, corn flour 10%, sugar, phosphate fertilizer and gypsum 1% each. 2. Cottonseed hull 89%, bran 10%, gypsum 1%. 3. sawdust 70%, bran 25%, soybean flour 2%, phosphate fertilizer 1%, gypsum 1.5% and sugar 0.5%. 4. Cottonseed hull 79%, corn flour 20%, gypsum powder 1%. 5. corncob 50%, miscellaneous sawdust 35%, bran 15%. Third, the production of cultivation materials: in the preparation of cultivation materials, cotton seed hull, sawdust, bran, gypsum powder and other materials are mixed evenly, the water content is 60%~65%, and it is good to hold tightly when the fingers are not dripping. After mixing, the materials can be bagged by a bagging machine. The specifications of plastic bags can be polypropylene or polyethylene bags of 15 cm ×35 cm or 17 cm ×33 cm, and each bag of dry materials is 400 g ~450 g. Polyethylene bags are sterilized under normal pressure for 10 - 12 hours, polypropylene plastic bags are sterilized under high pressure for 2 hours, and the materials are inoculated in a sterile room when cooled below 30 DEG C. Generally, a bottle of wheat seed can receive 40 ~45 bags, and a bottle of cottonseed hull cultivated seed can receive 25 ~35 bags. Transfer the inoculated bacteria bags into a disinfected culture room and discharge them in layers. Generally, 6 ~8 layers are discharged every time. There is a pedestrian passage between the shelves. The bags are overturned once a week. First, balance the temperature. Second, increase the oxygen in the bags by turning. Third, check whether there is chloromycete infection. If there is any, remove it. 4. Management technology: Ganoderma lucidum is a thermophilic fungus, which requires higher temperature during its growth and development. The optimum temperature for mycelium growth was 26℃~28℃, and the optimum temperature for fruiting body growth was 24℃~28℃. 1. During the growth period, the culture room shall be kept at 22℃~30℃, the relative humidity of air shall be 50%~60%, ventilation shall be carried out for half an hour every day, and the bacteria bag shall be turned up and down once every 5 days ~7 days. When the mycelium is 2/3 full, move it into the culture shed, loosen the mouth of the material bag, lift it gently with hands, and leave a little gap. Shed astigmatism is appropriate, avoid direct light. After 25 to 32 days, hyphae can grow to fill the bag. Individual bag hyphae development uneven, can be selected out alone. 2. Management of Ganoderma lucidum: When hyphae are full, cut both ends into a round mouth the size of a 5-cent coin with a blade to facilitate Ganoderma lucidum. The temperature of the shed is maintained at 26℃~30℃, the relative humidity of the air is increased to 90~95%, and scattered light and sufficient oxygen are provided. Keep shallow water on the ground and spray water around walls and spaces 3 to 4 times a day. Open the door and ventilate before 8:00 a.m. and after 4:00 p.m. every day, and ventilate from 12:00 to 14:00 noon when the temperature is low. The primordium expands for 3 ~5 days, gradually forms the fungus cover, increases the water spray moisture, the temperature is too high to spray temperature control. Poor ventilation is easy to produce abnormal fungus, when abnormal buds appear, they should be cut off in time. The cap changes from white to light yellow to reddish brown, the white edge of the cap basically disappears, the edge turns red, the cap begins to change into leather, and the reddish brown fog-like spores are ejected from the back, indicating that the Ganoderma lucidum fruiting body has matured and can be harvested in time (it usually takes 40 ~45 days from cutting to harvesting). 3. Harvesting and post-harvest management: Stop spraying Ganoderma lucidum a week before harvest, close the ventilation door, and cover the floor of the passage with plastic film to collect the spore powder. When picking Ganoderma lucidum, cut it off from the base of the stalk with scissors or pick it gently by hand, dry it conditionally or dry it to 12% water content, bag it and store it in a dry room or sell it. After harvesting Ganoderma lucidum, remove the old fungus skin at the mouth of the bag, re-discharge the culture bag into the shed, increase the humidity to 90~95%, keep the temperature above 28℃, wait for a week, and continue to grow fruit bodies on the original stalk. According to the cultivation and management method of the previous stage, the second crop of Ganoderma lucidum can be harvested in about 25 ~30 days, and generally 3 ~4 crops can be harvested. Each kilogram of dry material can produce 130 - 150 grams of dried ganoderma lucidum finished products. Generally, a 25m2 Ganoderma lucidum shed will be built to harvest 1000 kg of dried Ganoderma lucidum products, and the sales income will be 20,000 yuan ~ 50,000 yuan. After harvest, the culture medium can be removed from plastic bags and crushed to be used as soil fertilizer.
