What are the requirements for moisture, temperature and illumination in Tremella cultivation? Please introduce the requirements of Tremella for moisture, temperature and light. Please refer to the following: Water: Water is an important condition for the growth and development of Tremella fuciformis. Tremella fuciformis needs a lot of water during its growth and development. The fruiting body needs more water than the hypha growth stage, and the spore germination needs more water. 60-65% water content in sawdust or cottonseed hull medium is suitable. The relative humidity in the air should be 70% in the hypha growth stage, and 80-95% in the bag culture in the fruiting body growth stage. If the humidity is insufficient, the fruiting body will shrink and stop growing. Temperature: Tremella cold resistance is very strong, in different stages of growth and development of the optimum temperature is not the same. Mycelia can grow in the range of 6-32℃, normal growth in the range of 18-25℃, but the optimum temperature is 23-26℃. Long-term temperature over 28℃ is not conducive to stage growth, and a large amount of yellow water secretion, lower than 18℃, mycelium growth is slow. Fruiting bodies can grow and develop in the temperature range of 18-28℃, but the optimum temperature is 22-35℃. Light: Tremella loves light, scattered light is conducive to promoting the germination of spores and the differentiation and development of fruiting bodies, and the fruiting bodies grown are white and high quality. On the contrary, intense direct sunlight was unfavorable to spore germination and fruiting body differentiation and development, while in dark environment, fruiting body differentiation was slow and color turned yellow.
