The effect and function price of truffle: how much is the price of truffle? a new variety of truffle deep vein truffle
Do you know truffles? This is a high-value nutrient, so what kind of effect does it have? Is it true that there is news that a new brand can be cultivated and then seen on the dining table? The market price of truffles is generally between 200 and 500.
Function and efficacy: rich in protein, 18 kinds of amino acids, a variety of vitamins and other essential trace elements, with high nutritional value. Androsterone has significant effects of helping yang and regulating endocrine; sphingolipids have obvious activities in preventing senile dementia, atherosclerosis and anti-tumor cytotoxicity; polysaccharides, polypeptides and triterpenes have immunity enhancement, anti-aging and anti-fatigue effects, etc. The presence of these rare natural compounds forms the material basis for the magical effects of black truffles.
The deep-veined truffle is named after the spores are deeply buried in the fruiting body, and the fruiting body can reach 3 cm in diameter, which is more economically valuable than the white truffle, but the fruiting body is only 0.2 to 1.5 cm. Therefore, after the discovery of "deep-veined truffle" in 2017, in addition to coordinating the management and monitoring of the breeding site of the National Taiwan University Laboratory Forest Management, the spores of dried fruit bodies were taken out in the laboratory for solid and liquid culture methods, in order to accelerate the marketing speed of "deep-veined truffle" through seedling inoculation experiments in the future.
Looking back on the discovery of truffles in Taiwan, black truffles were first discovered in Tungpu Mountain, Nantou in 1987, and Professor Hu Hongdao of the Forestry Department of National Taiwan University opened the first artificial truffle afforestation site in Asia in 1989. Since then, Professor Hu Hung-tao and Fu Chun-hsu, associate researcher of the Forestry Research Institute's Forest Protection Section, have successively discovered indigenous black truffle varieties "Taiwan truffle" and "crumb truffle," as well as two indigenous white truffle varieties "spruce truffle" and "deep-veined truffle." In 2014, Yilan University and Yilan County Government carried out a black truffle test project on the Sinan platform of Datong Township. At present, 90% of the mycete seedlings have been successfully inoculated. It is believed that more and more native pine trees will show their faces on the dining table in the future.
