Mung bean sprout is a food treated by mung bean, in which the content of nutrients is much higher than that of mung bean, because in the process of mung bean germination, the amino acids contained in protein can be recombined, which greatly increases the lack of amino acids in mung bean. The proportion of amino acids is more suitable for the needs of the human body, thus improving the nutritional value of mung bean sprouts. Let's take a look at how mung bean sprouts grow.

Pre-breeding treatment

In order to cultivate bean sprouts, fresh beans born in the same year or every other year and fully mature should be selected as far as possible, and at the same time strive for full grains and bright color. "start-up treatment" and "seed soaking treatment" are usually used to promote seed germination. the method of starting treatment is that the pre-selected beans are poured into 60 ℃ of hot water for 1-2 minutes before being sent into the sprouting container, and then washed with cold water for 1-2 times. the purpose is to adjust the activity of the oxidase system related to bean seed germination and stimulate dormant seeds with temperature. Help beans sprout neatly and uniformly. The method of seed soaking treatment is that 1 kg of mung bean or soybean needs about 1 kg of water, and the most suitable water temperature for seed soaking is 20: 23 ℃. When soaking seeds in winter, they are generally soaked in warm water. In summer, seeds can be soaked in cold water directly. The soaking time of bean grains is generally about 812 hours.

Budding temperature

Mung bean seeds are temperature-loving and heat-tolerant vegetable crop seeds. The lowest temperature during germination is 10 ℃, the most suitable temperature is 21: 27 ℃, and the highest temperature is 28: 30 ℃, which should not exceed 32 ℃. Watering is used to adjust the temperature in sprouting, such as high temperature in summer and watering bean sprouts with cold water, but pay attention to watering the sprouts in the central part of the cultivation container to lower the temperature in winter. Warm water is applied to increase the temperature of bean sprouts in cultivation and to reduce the circulation of cold air as much as possible. Families cultivate a small amount of bean sprouts. In winter, the cultivation container can be placed next to the stove and the stove to keep warm.

Dripping water to accelerate sprouting

There are generally two methods of watering sprouts, one of which requires more water each time. At the same time, the bean sprouts in the whole container should be generally drenched, and the heat of each part of the sprouts in the whole container should be adjusted evenly until the temperature of the water flowing out is the same as that of the water when it is drenched. The other is to use the irrigation method to fill the whole container with water and make the water surface about 2 cm higher than the surface of the bean sprouts, so that the bean sprouts in the container are generally soaked in water, and then all the water is released or poured out. This is repeated for 1 or 2 times until the temperature of the sprouts in each part of the container is adjusted the same.

Timely harvest

The harvest of mung bean sprouts is most suitable for the growth and development of bean sprouts to the full elongation of the embryonic stem, and the best when the true leaves will be dewy or at the beginning, when the embryonic stem is about 5 ~ 6 cm long, the root is about 0.5 ~ 1.5 cm long, the bean flap is egg yellow, the embryo stem appears milky white and bright, and the exposed real leaves are milky yellow without giving birth to lateral roots. generally, mung bean sprouts can produce 7 kilograms of mung bean sprouts per kilogram.
