SODm synergist is a kind of metal enzyme, non-toxic, can show natural SOD activity in organisms, can be used as a substitute for natural SOD, applied to plant growth regulation, showing a good effect. SODM urea has slow release: in the aspect of slow release, SODm synergist improves urea crystal form and urea particle strength in the process of urea granulation, and the nutrient release rate of SODm urea in soil is obviously slower than that of ordinary urea. According to production data, the strength of SODm urea particles between diameter 0.85mm~2.8mm is about 6.2N, which is significantly higher than that of urea with similar water content in the same production plant in the same period, with an increase of 15% to 20%, which is similar to that of urea particles after the addition of formaldehyde in the same period. This is not only conducive to the long-term slow release of urea, but also plays a positive role in preventing the caking of urea, and can reduce the physical dust caused by different degrees of collision of particles in the process of transmission, packaging and transportation. The preliminary experimental data of urea nitrogen transport in soil also showed that under the condition of certain dosage and water quantity, the concentration of nitrate nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen released by SODm urea was lower than that of ordinary urea. Under different water potential conditions, SODm urea is less affected. Ordinary urea emits more ammonia and nitrate ions per unit time per unit distance. The fertilizer efficiency of SODm urea was prolonged because of its relatively slow release rate of ions and the improvement of its particle strength. SODM urea has high fertilizer efficiency: it simulates natural superoxide dismutase functionally, thus strengthens the first line of defense against free radical damage in plants, enhances the ability of plants to scavenge excessive free radicals produced under physiological or non-physiological stress in the process of aerobic metabolism, and reflects the high efficiency of SODm urea in increasing yield and improving crop quality. The Science and Technology Bureau of Heilongjiang General Administration of Land Reclamation commented on the application, demonstration and popularization of superoxide dismutase simulant (SODm) and superoxide dismutase mimic urea (SODmU) on major crops: after the application of SODm, the yield of major crops such as soybean, rice, corn and potato could be increased by 7.86%, 8.60%, 8.71% and 19.33% respectively, and after the application of SODm urea. Tested by the Beijing Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the oral acute toxicity test data of SODm synergist show that the semi-lethal dose of SODm synergist LD50 ≥ 10000mg/kg.Bw (according to GB 15193.3, the mouse LD50 ≥ 5000mg/kg.Bw is determined to be actually non-toxic), which is much higher than the national standard. Tested by the National plastic products quality Supervision and Inspection Center, the SODm synergist fully meets the requirements of single polymer degradation; according to the Beijing Mining and Metallurgical Research Institute, the content of heavy metals in the SODm synergist is less than 0.001g/L. The raw material specification is high and the synthesis process is simple. In the aspect of plant absorption, the short peptide small molecular structure of SODm makes it easy to be absorbed by plants and more lasting than free amino acids, which can improve the quality of agricultural products to a greater extent, is non-toxic and harmless, does not accumulate in the original ecology in plants, and SODm is completely degradable in soil and friendly to the environment.
