How to eat okra?

Slice the pork, stir-fry it with cooking wine, add okra, stir-fry, and finally add seasoning such as salt. Cold salad: wash okra with clean water, boil it in boiling water and let cool. Then according to their own taste with light soy sauce, sugar and other seasonings, pour into okra and mix well.

First, fried meat

1. Wash okra with clean water, then blanch it with boiling water for about two minutes, wait until its color turns green, remove it, cut it into sections and set aside. Slice the pork and set aside.

2. Pour oil into the pan, fire, add cooking wine and sliced pork and stir-fry until the sliced meat changes color.

3. Put the okra section into the pan and stir-fry, then pour in the pork slices, stir-fry, finally add salt and other seasonings, serve on a plate.

Second, cold salad

1. Wash the okra with clean water, then boil it in boiling water for about two minutes.

2. Fish it out of boiling water and cool it or put it in cold water to cool down. When it gets cold, cut it into sections and set aside.

3. With light soy sauce, mashed garlic, sugar, sesame oil and vinegar, adjust the proportion according to your own taste, make seasoning, then pour into okra, stir evenly, and finally put on a plate.
