Biogas digester not only brings benefits to farmers, but also brings some troubles to farmers, that is, the longer the use of biogas digesters, some biogas digesters will be blocked, full, poor gas production and other phenomena. Why this phenomenon occurs, the main reason is that some users usually do not pay attention to feeding, poor management, put in more fiber-containing raw materials, this kind of fiber-containing raw materials fermentation time is long, not easy to ferment, or flush into the raw materials containing soil and sand when flushing the pig house In addition, when it is usually used, the fermentation raw materials in the biogas digester are not stirred evenly in time, which leads to the uneven distribution of fermentation raw materials, which is not conducive to the decomposition of the input materials. For a long time, the raw material skin in the biogas digester is easy to form a layer of crust. Caking causes blockage. Once the biogas digester raw material fermentation is not good, the biogas residue and biogas slurry discharged from the outlet is not fully fermented, it will cause pollution to the environment. In addition, once the raw material fermentation in the biogas digester is not good, it will affect the normal feeding and discharge of the biogas digester, resulting in poor gas production. Therefore, biogas users should treat biogas as a living organism, not as a garbage dump, dumping everything into it. The biogas digester which is not well managed or has not been cleaned for a long time should be cleaned in time once the biogas digester is blocked, feeding and discharging is not good, and the pool is full and bad gas production.
In order to make better use of biogas, the biogas digester will be cleaned one after another for about 5 years. In order to prevent poisoning or even asphyxiation accidents caused by toxic gases when cleaning biogas digesters, remind users to pay special attention to the following:
1. Ensure that the pool is cleaned by qualified biogas licensed technicians. In order to clean up the biogas digester, qualified technicians must be invited to clean the biogas digester and operate in strict accordance with safety procedures. When refueling the biogas digester and removing the sediment, try to use the discharge equipment (such as sewage pumps, etc.), that is to say, when cleaning the biogas digester, use machinery to clean the biogas digester. It is strictly forbidden for personnel to enter the pool directly without test preparation.
2. Prepare for safety before cleaning the biogas digester. When cleaning up the old residue of biogas, the biogas liquid must be pumped away from the pond, so that the liquid level is lowered below the inlet and outlet of the pool wall, and the outlet cover and movable cover are opened at the same time to fully ventilate and drain the biogas, and then drain it while pouring in clean water. When there is a real need for personnel to enter the pool to clean up, we should first blow air into the biogas digester to promote air circulation and remove the harmful gases from the pool. Before entering the pool, people first tie chickens, ducks and other small animals with ropes, and slowly put them into the pool for more than 30 minutes for experiments to prove that there is no danger before entering the pool for finishing or maintenance.
3. Safety requirements for pool operation. When cleaning up the pool, there should be someone on the pool to guard it. The personnel working in the cleaning operation of the lower pool should tie a strong safety belt at the waist and take the ladder to go down the pool. if they feel dizzy, stuffy, or uncomfortable, they must leave the pool immediately; in the event of danger, the guards on the pool will pull the belt to rescue them immediately.
4. First aid measures. It should be noted that when it is found that the workers in the pool are poisoned, they must not rush to the biogas pool for rescue. First of all, the blower should be used to blow into the pool, and the rescue personnel should quickly put it out of the pool, snow and avoid going down the pool to rescue the members of the poisoned person. so as not to cause continuous poisoning, suffocation and other accidents.
5. The desulfurizer should be replaced. After using the desulfurizer for 6 months, the desulfurizer should be regenerated and reduced. when changing the desulfurizer, the switch before and after the desulfurizer should be turned off, and then unscrew the desulfurizer after the bottle is poured out. After being poured out, the desulfurizer is laid out in a ventilated place with the back sun, so that it can be regenerated automatically at room temperature. Generally used desulfurizer takes 24 hours to regenerate, after use, its color is black, and it will automatically turn yellowish brown after regeneration and reduction. One bottle of desulphurizer can be recycled for 3 times, and a new desulfurizer should be replaced after 3 times.
