Buckwheat sprout

First, select seeds. New buckwheat seeds with a germination rate of more than 95%, high purity, full grains and no pollution should be selected.

Second, soaking seeds to accelerate germination. The buckwheat seeds were washed for 3 times in the water of 20m / m / 30 ℃. Soak in water more than 3 times the seed volume for 24 min for 36 hours. Rub the mucus, remove and drain the water, put it in a flat-bottomed container, cover with a wet towel, and put it in a constant temperature of 23 ℃ for budding. After 48 hours, when the buckwheat sprouts grow to 2mi 3mm, they will be sown.

Third, sow seeds. With a 60 × 25 × 5 (cm) size sowing plate, spread two layers of white paper on the bottom of the seeding plate to make the paper absorb enough water, each plate sowing at about 150Me 170 grams. After sowing, the sowing tray will be neatly stacked and tightly covered with black plastic film to promote germination under 20 ℃. 2 days later, when the buckwheat bud grows to 2 Mel 3 cm high, the seedling tray will be put on the shelf. The cultivation rack is made of steel bar, bamboo, wood, etc., stacked with 5 layers, each with an interval of 30ml and 40cm.

Fourth, sprout management. The light of buckwheat sprouts should not be too strong, otherwise the quality of buckwheat sprouts will be affected. Spray 2mi water three times a day to keep the substrate in the seedling plate moist; ventilate every day to regulate temperature and humidity.

Fifth, harvest. The leaves of the sprouts of buckwheat are green, the lower embryos are axis red, the height of the seedlings is 12ml 15cm, and the cotyledons are spreading and can be harvested when they are fully hypertrophic.
