1. The soil is tenderized. Celery row spacing of 33-40 cm, in October-November seedling height of 35-50 cm, according to the actual situation of celery fertilizer, water enough. After 5-7 days, tie up the base of each celery plant with straw or nylon rope, then loosen the soil to make the soil slightly dry, then cover both sides of the celery with about 3.3 cm thick soil, and pat the soil slightly to make the soil surface smooth. Cultivate the soil again every 2-3 days, so 5-6 times in a row, until the total height of the soil is between 20-25 cm. In the cultivation of soil, pay attention to the heart leaves of the plant exposed, do not damage the buds. It is best to cultivate the soil in the afternoon when the soil is not moist on a sunny day, and celery can be harvested and eaten or sold in about 40 days.

Cover the soil between the two boards with a thickness of 15-17 cm. Be careful not to let the soil fall into the heart of celery, lest the plants rot. It can be harvested, eaten or sold after about 30 days.

3. The bamboo is tender. Row plant and seedling height are the same as above, the celery stalk is planted along the row with a slender bamboo pole or bamboo block, show between the rows, use grass rope or nylon rope to bind the two ends of the bamboo pole and the middle, and then according to the method of soil tenderization. It can be harvested or put on the market after 30 days.

4. Natural tenderization, also known as densely planted semi-shaded tenderization. Autumn sowing celery is planted according to 7 × 7 cm plant spacing, each clump is about 3-4 seedlings, the border is covered with 20-28 cm thick soil, celery is surrounded by straw or Reed, thatch, etc., ploughed 2-3 times before celery sealing, to promote plant tillering. The leaves grow luxuriantly, cover the top and seal the row as soon as possible, so that the stem of celery can grow in the dark environment and achieve the purpose of tenderization.
