Aquaculture

In recent years, with the gradual enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection and food safety, advocating ecological and healthy aquaculture has gradually become the dominant direction of modern fisheries. How to standardize, scientifically and safely use drugs, prevent drug residues in aquatic products from exceeding the standard, and ensure the green, high quality and health of aquatic products has become the key to the development of modern aquaculture. Therefore, aquaculture producers must standardize the use of national standard fishing drugs.

I. the meaning of healthy aquaculture

Healthy aquaculture is to adopt scientific and reasonable breeding model and systematic standardized management technology according to the ecological and living habits of farmed varieties, through scientific water management, scientific feeding of high-quality feed, scientific prevention of diseases and scientific management, so that it can grow healthily and rapidly in an artificially controlled ecological environment, and finally produce healthy, high-quality and safe green food.

II. Types of fishery drugs

Fishery drugs can be divided into 8 categories:

1. Environmental improver: drugs used for the purpose of improving the environment of aquaculture production waters, including sediment improver, water improver and ecological condition improver.

2. Disinfectant: a drug used for the purpose of killing microorganisms in water. Including oxidants, organic iodine and so on.

3. Antimicrobials: refers to drugs that kill or inhibit the reproduction and growth of microorganisms in the body by oral administration, immersion injection. Including antiviral agents, antibacterials, antifungal agents and so on.

4. Antiparasite drugs: drugs that kill or dispel parasites in vitro or in vivo and harmful invertebrates in water by medicine bath or internal administration. Including antiprotozoal drugs, anti-worm drugs and anti-crustacean drugs.

5. Biological products: agents made from microorganisms and their corresponding products by physical, chemical, or biotechnology, usually with specific effects. Including vaccine, immune serum and so on. In a broad sense, biological products also include microecological preparations.

6. Microecological preparations: microecological preparations are also known as beneficial microorganisms, probiotics, microecological regulators, probiotics, living bacteria and so on. It is a preparation containing a large number of beneficial bacteria extracted and isolated from the natural environment.

7. Chinese herbal medicine: mainly refers to the plant medicine used for the prevention and treatment of aquatic animal and plant diseases.

Other: including antioxidants, anesthetics, anti-mildew agents, synergists, oxytocin and other drugs.

III. Principles for the selection of fishing drugs

1. The use of fishery drugs should be based on the basic principle of not endangering human health and not damaging the ecological environment of the water area.

2. Choose pollution-free and environment-friendly drugs and encourage the use of "three-effect" and "three-small" fishing drugs.

3. Promote ecological comprehensive prevention and control and the use of immune enhancers, microecological agents, biological fishery medicine and Chinese herbal medicine instead of antibiotics.
