1. Scientific feeding

Some sulfur-containing amino acids can also be added to the feed, such as methionine, cystine and so on. The addition of zinc sulfate can also make rabbits produce more hair.

2. Medicine bath to promote

The medicine bath can accelerate the growth of rabbit hair, increase the wool yield by more than 20%, and the rabbit hair is white and bright, loose and not easy to tangle, at the same time prevent the occurrence of scabies and reduce other skin diseases. Preparation method of medicine bath solution: use 150-200 grams of trichlorfon powder, 50 kilograms of water, prepare 0.3% 0.5% trichlorfon solution, and then add 150 grams of sulfur powder, stir and dissolve evenly before bathing. Or use hibiscus skin and Sophora flavescens 100 grams each, add 2.5 kilograms of water, pour juice to remove residue after frying, and then add 100 grams of sulfur powder; 5 kilograms of boiled water, which can be used for 20 long-haired rabbits to take a warm bath. Bathing rabbit method: choose warm weather within 10 days after shearing.

3. Raise more female rabbits

The wool yield of female rabbits of the same breed is about 30% higher than that of male rabbits, and the wool quality is better than that of male rabbits. Therefore, when breeding young rabbits, the male rabbits should be separated or removed within 10 days, so that the female rabbits can have enough to eat, develop quickly and have fewer diseases.
