The development of Flammulina velutipes fruiting body has a higher requirement for moisture. This paper introduces the "five-character Classic" water management method of Flammulina velutipes when it comes out of mushrooms.

Flammulina velutipes

First, guarantee. After the mycelium of Flammulina velutipes is sent to the bottom of the bag, immediately open the bag to scratch the bacteria, rake off the old bacterial skin, and cover it with wet newspaper or plastic film to moisturize and bud. If the newspaper is covered, water should be sprayed a small number of times (3-4 times a day) to keep the newspaper moist; covered with plastic film, water can be sprayed into the space and the ground to keep the air humidity about 90%.

Second, health. When the buds of Flammulina velutipes grow to 1cm or 2cm, they enter a period of growth inhibition. To reduce humidity at this time, you can reduce or stop spraying water. Open the doors and windows at night for 3-5 days, let the cold air into the room to cool and disperse humidity, reduce the temperature of the sterilization room to less than 8 ℃ (4-5 ℃ is the best), and reduce the humidity to about 75%.

Third, promote. After entering the extension period, the fruiting body was sprayed 4 times and 5 times a day, the amount of water sprayed increased with the growth of Flammulina velutipes, mastered the air humidity of about 90%, and promoted the rapid growth of Flammulina velutipes. At the same time, proper ventilation and alternating dry and wet methods were adopted to inhibit the increase of mushroom cover and promote the elongation of mushroom stalk.

Fourth, make up. After the harvest of Flammulina velutipes, the water content of Flammulina velutipes decreased by 20%-30%, and that of Flammulina velutipes decreased by 30%-50% after harvest. Therefore, after the first and second tide mushrooms are harvested, water should be sprayed into the bacteria bag to replenish moisture immediately.

Fifth, baptism. After the three-tide mushroom is harvested, the water content of the bacteria column is reduced to less than 50%. At this time, the plastic bag can be removed, the bacteria column can be soaked in the pool water, and when the bacteria column returns to its original weight when opening the bag, it can be picked up and slightly dried and loaded into the bag. You can also directly pour water into the bacteria bag and pour out the excess water in the bag after the bacteria column absorbs enough water. Then rearrange the water-replenishing bacteria bag on the bedstead and cover it with wet newspaper as usual, so that two tides of Flammulina velutipes can be picked.
