1. Cultivation equipment. In the dark, light-proof indoor or protected ground, brick is used to build a cultivation tank with a width of 100-120cm and a depth of 20cm. Cover the bottom of the tank with a plastic film that has been punched in advance to drain excess moisture. Vermiculite, pearlite, river sand, etc. are used as substrates.
2. Seed selection. Select plump, bright color, white navel, germination rate of more than 95% of the new red bean seeds. Not full, broken residue, moth-eaten beans and impurities removed, washed with water, float to shriveled particles, wash seeds.
Third, diffuse seed, germination. Soak red bean seeds in clear water at about 20 DEG C for 16-24 hours, and change the water for 4 times. After soaking, wash away mucus and dirt, wrap with damp cloth to germinate, wait until the seeds can be cultivated when they are white.
IV. Cultivation. The substrate thickness is 10cm, and the bottom water is poured through. Then sow the seeds of red beans which have been promoted to sprout on it, sow about 2 kilograms of red beans per square meter, and cover the seeds with calcium 0.5 cm thick substrate. Splash water with a squirt can and cover with plastic wrap. The seeds are generally not watered until they emerge. After two days, the red bean bud will open the matrix, that is, remove the film.
5. Cultivation management. The temperature is maintained at 16-30℃. Water 2-3 times a day. Water should be poured evenly and thoroughly, without standing water. Keep the air fresh in the cultivation area.
VI. Harvest. When the red bean sprouts grow to 15cm, the first pair of true leaves are not completely unfolded, the tissue is soft and not fibrotic, and the stem base of the red bean sprouts can be cut off.
