1. Varieties and seedlings

High-yield, high-quality, heat-resistant and disease-resistant varieties are selected for high-yield cultivation, such as Hangqi, Hangfeng, Hangzhouhongqi, Changhong No. 2, etc.

Select the land with sufficient sunshine, deep soil layer, water and fertilizer conservation, irrigation and drainage, and no planting of solanaceae crops for 3 years. 3. Fertilizer and water management

After planting eggplant seedlings, irrigate 2~3 times of slow seedling water, starting from "door eggplant stare", strengthen water management, generally watering and topdressing combination, harvest peak period to provide sufficient water for eggplant. 3000kg decomposed fence fertilizer or 250kg organic fertilizer, 50kg or 40kg calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer, 0.5 - 1kg boron zinc compound fertilizer, 25kg potassium sulfate are applied before making bed as base fertilizer, and 50 - 100kg quicklime is added to the field with heavy acid. According to the different stages of bearing eggplant, topdressing can be divided into three stages: door eggplant fertilizer, pair eggplant fertilizer, four door eggplant fertilizer and later fertilizer. Manure combined with watering 500~1000 kg 30% human excrement. When the eggplant is 8~10 cm long, the fertilizer is applied 1~2 times, 30% decomposed human excrement is poured per mu, 3500~5000 kg, and 5 kg potassium sulfate is added. Simendou eggplant fertilizer is applied with 30kg sulfur-containing compound fertilizer at the fruiting stage of Simendou eggplant, and 500 times Tianyuan organic biochemical liquid fertilizer is applied at the later stage of fruiting. Spray once every 10~14 days until 20 days before the end of eggplant harvest to prevent premature aging and improve the later yield of eggplant.
