Raising sheep

As the country pays more and more attention to the environment, the problem of manure treatment in farms has gradually become a bottleneck restricting the development of animal husbandry. The dung storage plant has the advantages of simple construction and low investment, which is especially suitable for small and medium-sized farms with nearby farmland to absorb manure.

The design process of the manure storage plant should mainly pay attention to the following aspects:

1. Location of manure storage site

The manure storage yard of the farm should be located in the downwind or side wind direction of the whole farm area, and have a certain distance from the production area, in order to avoid pollution to the field area.

two。 Calculation of the volume of manure storage site

The volume of the manure storage site can generally be designed according to the "notice on issuing the Accounting rules for Total Emission reduction of main pollutants in the 12th five-year Plan" issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, that is, under normal circumstances, the volume required for every 10 pigs (out of the pen) is about 1m 3, and the volume required for every one cow (out of the pen) or every 2 cows (stock) is about 1m3. The volume required for every 2000 broilers (fenced) or every 2000 laying hens (stockpiled) is about 1m3.

3. Rain-proof and anti-seepage design

The dung storage site should have rain-proof and anti-seepage measures, and the rain-proof facilities mainly require that the manure storage site should have a ceiling or awning to avoid rain and snow, and at the same time, there should be drainage ditches around the dung storage site to prevent Rain Water from entering when the rainfall is too large; anti-seepage refers to the prevention of fecal leakage and pollution of groundwater, and the measures taken are mainly brick walls around the dung storage yard and cement hardening on the ground.

4. Road design of manure storage plant

The width of the road leading to the septic storage yard can be designed according to the width of the manure transport vehicle in the farm, and the manure door should be designed near the septic storage yard so that the manure can be transported out of the yard.
