In recent years, some ecological agriculture has appeared in people's field of vision, such as raising carp in rice fields, raising Loach, raising chickens in orchards, and so on. Today, the editor mainly tells you how to raise Loach in rice fields and some breeding and disease prevention measures of Loach.

Raising Loach in rice field can be divided into two kinds: one is to raise Loach in rice field, not to grow rice; the other is to raise Loach in rice field.

Raising Loach in Paddy Field

Grow rice and raise Loach: each 5 rows of rice in the paddy field will set aside 1 row and be surrounded by a fence at the inlet and outlet to prevent the Loach from absconding. The Loach is released immediately after planting rice, and can be caught and sold on the market after about 4 months. The fermented manure of livestock and poultry and the weeds, pests and plankton growing in the rice fields are the feed of Loach. Rice is the best shelter for Misgurnus anguillicaudatus, which can be released twice a year in the south.

Do not grow rice to raise Loach: the suitable density is about one jin of Loach per square meter of rice field. The breeding period is from April to October. The feed is rice bran, maggot, vegetables, weeds and so on, fed once a day. When the weather is hot, the Loach should be sheltered or deepened to 60 cm. It can be stocked three times a year.

Reproduction: the species of Loach is put into the rice field according to the male-female ratio at 1:8, and the willow branches and leaves, water plants and so on are placed in the rice field to make a nest for Loach to lay eggs and hatch. About 100 kilograms of Loach can be planted in each mu of rice field. After spawning, the nest of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus should be taken out in time and placed in a hatching pond or large container for artificial temperature control to hatch Misgurnus anguillicaudatus. When the water temperature is about 25 ℃, the fertilized eggs will produce Loach seedlings in about 2 days. Generally speaking, 500000 Loach seedlings can be hatched on a surface of 15 square meters.

Disease prevention: mainly rotten parotid disease, red skin disease, enteritis and so on. Fill the four corners of the rice field with tobacco roots, press them with stones and soak them in rice field water, with a dosage of 0.5 kg per mu of rice fields. Or use ant colonies on two tea trees, burn them into ashes, mix them with concentrate and give them to Loach to eat and then recover.
