How to do well the daily management and disease prevention of goose farm
At present, there are more and more goose farmers, and many farmers are confused that when geese are raised to 3-5 kilograms, they suddenly get sick and die badly. This is all because farmers do not do enough work on the daily management and disease prevention of goose farms. Now, the editor will introduce to you how to do a good job in the daily management and disease prevention of goose farms:
Goose
First, the goose farm should establish a strict disinfection system. Regular disinfection should be carried out, including the environment, poultry houses, brooding rooms, breeding tools, warehouses, etc., should be cleaned and washed before disinfection, and then disinfected with drugs after drying. Goose farms with conditions should be sterilized once every 3 days and generally once every 7 days to control the growth of microbial pathogens.
Second, ensure that feed and drinking water are free from pollution. The goose farm should pay attention to the hygiene of feed and drinking water, feed the geese less frequently, and keep the feces in a soft and granular shape; drinking fountains, sinks and material troughs will be contaminated by faeces. The backlog of water and materials in the sink and material trough should be cleared in time to avoid causing E. coli and diarrhea. At the same time, it is forbidden to feed moldy and deteriorated concentrate fodder, conditional grazing can allow it to eat enough green material, and unconditional grazing should supplement green fodder.
Third, do a good job in the prevention and control of goose epidemic diseases. The common diseases in geese are Gosling plague, goose viral hepatitis and goose paramyxovirus disease. 1, Gosling plague, there is no specific drug treatment, can only do a good job in prevention, should introduce non-epidemic goose vaccine from non-epidemic areas, 1-day-old intramuscular injection of Gosling plague high immune serum for prevention, can also be prevented by astragalus polysaccharide injection 2. Goose viral hepatitis, this disease often occurs in goslings at 4-5 days old, acute asymptomatic sudden death, geese can be vaccinated with viral hepatitis vaccine within 4-16 hours after hatching, and disinfectants can be taken regularly to eliminate the spread of goslings enterovirus. One course of intestinal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as florfenicol, was given within one week, and vitamin C was added to improve resistance. One course of antiviral drugs, such as Banqing granule and ribavirin, was given to prevent early infection. 3. Goose paramyxovirus disease, also known as goose Newcastle disease, is a common infectious disease of birds caused by avian paramyxovirus type Ⅰ, which often occurs in goslings. Goslings can be intramuscularly injected with goose paramyxovirus oil inactivated vaccine 0.3ml/, adult geese 0.5ml/, goslings can also be intramuscularly injected with 5 times dose of Newcastle disease N line vaccine, adult geese can be injected with 5 times dose of Newcastle disease I vaccine. Inactivated vaccine of avian influenza (H5 subtype) 0.3-0.5ml/ was injected intramuscularly at the age of 4-15 days.
In short, it is necessary to strengthen the feeding and management of goose farms and reduce hot and cold stimulation. Do a good job in disinfection of the breeding environment, do a good job in immunity against goose-related diseases according to procedures, and strengthen drug health care and prevention.
