Farmers can take the following measures to carry out comprehensive prevention and control according to their specific conditions. Spray cold water manually to reduce the space temperature. After 12:00 in the afternoon, the cold water just drawn from the well can be sprayed in space with a high-pressure sprayer. According to the temperature in the rabbit house, it can be sprayed every 2-4 hours, which can lower the temperature in the rabbit house by 4-7 ℃. When the temperature is too high, you can sprinkle cold water on the floor of the rabbit house and open the doors and windows to increase ventilation and convection. Strengthen ventilation and heat dissipation, reduce the temperature in the house, the power of the ventilator can be increased, the transverse ventilation can be changed into longitudinal tunnel ventilation, increase the wind speed, take away the heat generated by rabbits, prevent heat and cool down. If combined with water spraying, the effect is better.

II. Strengthen management

According to the feed intake, the nutritional concentration of rabbit diet was increased to meet the nutritional needs. The temperature is high at noon and the appetite is low, so it is best to add more food in the morning and evening. During this period, the rabbit has a strong sense of hunger, suitable temperature and good appetite. The amount of green feed should be increased, and mildew and dewy feed are strictly prohibited. Use feed additives to slow down the harm of high temperature. Appropriate amount of vitamin C, E, K, B2, biotin and bacitracin zinc can be added to the diet of rabbits, and appropriate bromide buffer, baking soda and Huoxiang Zhengqi water can be added to drinking water to reduce or prevent the harm of high temperature to rabbits and improve production performance. Feed more cooling feed to improve the level of heat resistance. Each rabbit was fed about 50 grams of chopped watermelon peel three times a day, fed separately at noon and mixed into the feed in the morning and evening.

3. Control reproduction

Under high temperature, the semen quality of male rabbits decreased, azoospermia and dead sperm increased; the pregnancy of female rabbits was very easy to miscarry, and the newborn rabbits were weak; and high temperature and high humidity were not conducive to the growth of young rabbits. Therefore, the breeding of rabbits should be suspended in the high temperature season.

IV. Prevention and treatment of rabbit disease

Common diseases in rabbits under high temperature: mucinous enteritis, salmonellosis, Clostridium welchii, coccidiosis, scabies, heatstroke and so on. Vaccines such as mucinous enteritis, salmonella aluminum hydroxide formaldehyde vaccine and Clostridium welchii aluminum hydroxide vaccine can be injected before the high temperature season. In addition, some garlic, oxytetracycline alkali powder, chlorobenzene guanidine tablets or other drugs can be added to the feed. If heatstroke rabbits are found, immediately transfer to a cool and ventilated place, apply a towel soaked in cold water to the rabbit's head, tie the tip of the tail to bleed, and feed 4-5 tablets of human Dan at the same time.
