Pig eczema, also known as pig wet poison, is generally high in hot summer.

Symptoms: most pigs are sudden onset, subjaw, abdomen, both sides of the perineum, red skin, long broad bean nodules, itching restless, serious blisters, papules, rupture, yellow fluid exudation, scabs or scales, and so on.

Prevention: pigsty is often cleaned to prevent leaking rain and bask in the grass frequently. Lime can be sprinkled to remove moisture.

Treatment.

1. Acute dampness. Give pigs intravenous injection of calcium chloride or calcium gluconate 10-20 ml, plus 0.5-2 ml each of vitamin A, C and compound vitamin B; if necessary, give pigs 0.5-1.5 ml epinephrine; for pigs with flushing and papules, fish stone 1 g, salicylic acid 1 g, zinc oxide ointment 30 g, mix and rub once a day When the exudate of the affected part is compared, you can smear 3% Murray 5% gentian purple alcohol solution or sprinkle with equal portions of boric acid and tannic acid mixed powder.

2. Chronic dampness. Take 9 grams of safflower, 15 grams of Angelica sinensis, 14 grams of Codonopsis pilosula, 9 grams of Atractylodes macrocephala, 9 grams of peach kernel, 15 grams of Shengqi, 9 grams of Poria cocos, 12 grams of Radix Paeoniae Rubra, 15 grams of Salvia miltiorrhiza. During external washing treatment, first wash the affected part of the pig with soapy water, and then apply 10% sulfur coal tar ointment; if you have suppurated infection, wash the affected area with 0.1% potassium permanganate solution or 0.3% furacilin solution, and then apply iodine tincture or sprinkle with anti-inflammatory powder. If scabs and scales accumulate in the affected area, rinse with 3% hydrogen peroxide before applying fish gypsum ointment.
