Select fields with sunny ventilation, adequate water supply, good water quality and convenient drainage and irrigation. Among them, black fish bream accounts for 8-10% of the area of Zizania latifolia, with a depth of 1.2-1.5 meters. If conditions permit, black fish fish bream can be built with bricks, stones and other materials. The main ditch is connected with the fish ponds, with a width of 1-1.2 meters and a depth of 0.5 meters, accounting for 3-5% of the Zizania latifolia field area. The shape is determined according to the field block, and can be dug into "T", "+", "#" and other shapes, so as to form a complete set of fish, main ditches and branch ditches to ensure the free and smooth movement of black fish in Zizania caduciflora fields.

The ridge of the field is strengthened to 0.8-1 meter, or the old net fence is used to firmly block the inlet and outlet with two-layer fish blocking facilities to prevent the black fish from jumping and drilling holes to escape, and the aquatic vegetable Zizania caduciflora transplanted in the field provides a hidden place for the black fish.

2. Planting of Zizania caduciflora

1. Apply sufficient base fertilizer. Before planting Zizania caduciflora, the fields were ploughed, exposed to the sun, irrigated and soaked, and then 500-800kg was applied per mu of Zizania latifolia to mature pig, cow manure and other organic fertilizer, and 40kg superphosphate was used as base fertilizer (evenly sprinkled on the soil surface).

2. Variety selection of Zizania caduciflora. There are many varieties of Zizania caduciflora, and the improved varieties with high yield, strong stress resistance, early maturity and suitable for planting in paddy fields with deep ploughing layer are selected according to local conditions.

3. Transplanting of Zizania latifolia. Zizania caduciflora was transplanted in the first and middle of April, with a row spacing of 1 meter and a plant spacing of 0.6 meters, with more than 1000 plants per mu.

Select neat specifications, disease-free and injury-free, physically strong, after domestication and ingestion of artificial formula feed in the next year or in the same year, the specification of black fish in the next year is 50-150g, and that year's black fish is about 10cm. From February to March, the temperature is about 15 ℃, and the fish species are released every other year, with 250 fish per mu in the main culture field and 30 fish in the interculture field. Before transplanting Zizania caduciflora, the black fish are first raised in captivity in the fish boat every other year, and when the hard stems of Zizania caduciflora seedlings are hard, they can be raised in the field. Black fish can also be released after transplanting live Zizania caduciflora, according to local conditions. The black fish species of about 10cm in that year were released after mid-May, with 500 black fish in the main cultivation field and 30 to 50 in the cultivation field.

IV. Field management

Fertilization, pesticide and harvest in Zizania caduciflora field are still carried out according to the routine, and the feeding management of black fish is strengthened. Black fish after domestication, artificial ingredients are also better. Rural breeding, feed source light, can use a small meat grinder to grind animal feed into minced meat, according to 60% proportion, plant feed powder according to 35% proportion, add 3% vegetable oil, 2% fish trace element premix, a small amount of cooked starch paste, knead into a ball feed feed; can also specialize in moving materials, the effect is also good. Set up a feed table with a dense net or bamboo mat 30-50 cm below the surface of the fish, covering an area of 1-2 square meters. The daily feeding rate is 6%-10% of the body weight of the fish, and it is fed 2-3 times a day. The feeding times and feed quantity are flexibly determined according to the air temperature, water temperature, weather, black fish feeding and other conditions. During the three months of July, August and September, the weather was fine, the water temperature was high, and the fish ate well. The daily feeding rate was 10% and fed 3 times a day.

It is not necessary to feed the black fish in captivity, and the strong fecundity of common carp, crucian carp and tilapia can be put in the field to provide bait for the black fish.

Patrol the fields every morning and evening, especially in thundershowers and floods, black fish have strong ability to jump and drill holes, check the ridges of fields and fish blocking facilities for loopholes, and deal with problems in time to prevent black fish from escaping.
