High incidence of chicken comprehensive enteritis in summer how to prevent and cure broiler comprehensive enteritis
Broiler comprehensive enteritis is a common disease in commercial broilers characterized by diarrhea, undigested feed in chicken manure, obvious decrease in feed intake, slow growth, low feed conversion rate, dehydration and sudden death. The disease is mainly caused by coccidiosis, virus and bacteria mixed infection, the main object of disease is 30~40 days old commercial broilers. Broiler comprehensive enteritis can occur all year round, but in June to August every year.

Clinical symptoms:
At the beginning of the disease, there were no obvious symptoms, the spirit and appetite of broilers were normal, the feces of individual broilers became thin and not formed, and the chicken manure contained undigested feed particles. With the development of the disease, large groups began to diarrhea after 2~3 days, some broilers did not have piles of diarrhea, the color of feces was light yellow, containing a large number of undigested feed particles, and the feed intake of the broilers decreased significantly. In the middle and later stages of this disease, broilers will have symptoms such as abnormal mental excitement, head and neck tremors, running around and screaming, etc., often excited and uneasy, and then die due to weakness and exhaustion, and die before dawn.
II. Prevention and control measures
1. In high temperature and humidity season, chicken house frequent ventilation, keep clean and dry, feeding density reasonable, prevent overcrowding, heat and humidity.
2. Periodically disinfect chicken houses, chicken cages and the environment thoroughly with Nongxifu disinfectant; disinfect chickens alternately with Weikang and Guwei; at the same time, remove feces and wet bedding in time, and stack chicken manure and bedding in fixed places for harmless treatment, so as to prevent pollution of feed and drinking water of broilers and cut off transmission routes.
3. Although comprehensive enteritis is caused by a variety of factors, but the main cause is coccidiosis, so special attention should be paid to the prevention of coccidiosis in broilers; at the same time, enough vitamin A and vitamin E should be added to the feed to improve the resistance of broilers. The following methods can be selected for drug prevention: (1) Cody ball mixed feeding. Every 100 grams of Kedi ball mixed with 500 kg of feed, mixed and fed for 3~4 days;(2) regularly with Ritchie + benefit free water or mixed with feed.
4. Early onset, no obvious symptoms, so in the high temperature and humidity season, pay special attention to the state of broilers, found abnormal, early diagnosis. Comprehensive measures such as anti-coccidiosis, clearing away heat and toxic materials, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, regulating intestinal environment, supplementing some electrolytes and vitamins can be used for treatment. The specific treatment methods can be selected according to the condition of the disease as follows: (1) Changlebin (10%)+ Lubaokang + Yijian plus drinking water;(2) Oxythapen + Lubaokang + Yijian plus drinking water;(3) Hunuobian + Lubaokang + Yijian plus drinking water. When the disease is serious, it can be added to the feed at the same time.
