In autumn and winter, the heat preservation measures of chicken sheds provide good conditions for the survival, reproduction and spread of viruses and bacteria. At the same time, the contradiction among ventilation, temperature and humidity of the chicken house makes the chicken in the environment of hypoxia, low temperature, high humidity, high ammonia and high carbon dioxide for a long time in autumn and winter, which leads to the decrease of chicken resistance and susceptibility to disease. Experience has proved that doing the following work can effectively prevent and control the occurrence of chicken blight.

Chicken

1. Eliminate the factors of non-infectious diseases and do a good job of heat preservation. The maintenance of the chicken house and the preparation of heating facilities should be done before winter comes. In the cold weather of rain and snow, we should pay attention to keeping warm.

two。 Pay attention to ventilation. Every 10 square meters of chicken house bedding material mixed with 2 kg of sulfur, pH less than 7, reduce the production of ammonia.

3. Feed reasonably. When batching, increase the energy content (which can be 5% or 10% higher than the standard) to improve the cold resistance of the chicken.

4. Sanitary disinfection. Spray and disinfect the chicken with 0.5% Qiangxiaoling, twice a week. Drinking water disinfection, bacteriophage and permethrin have no residue in eggs and meat, and can be used for drinking water disinfection. When carrying out drinking water disinfection, the drug concentration must be accurate. Disinfect utensils, wash chicken used trays, buckets, buckets, drinking fountains and other utensils with 0.01% bacteriological detoxification, 100% poison or 0.05% strong disinfectant solution every day, and set aside after drying. Disinfect the environment, disinfect the henhouse with quicklime or caustic soda solution, once a week.

5. Vaccination. Antibiotics and sulfonamides were stopped 3-5 days before and after vaccination. Anti-stress agents such as oral rehydration salt, vitamin C, vitamin E and so on were added to the chicken diet.

6. Drug prevention and treatment. Chickens have a high incidence of respiratory diseases in winter. Feed some powerful cod liver oil powder. When bacterial infection, can use enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin drinking water to serve. Fungi such as aspergillosis can be treated with nystatin, copper sulfate and other drinking water. Although viral respiratory diseases such as infectious bronchitis and infectious laryngotracheitis are ineffective to synthetic antibiotics, sometimes in order to prevent secondary bacterial infection, antibiotics and viral spirits and disease-resistant Chinese herbal medicines such as Radix Isatidis and Flos Lonicerae can be used appropriately, and they can also be vaccinated.
